  1. I have had a flickering oil pressure light and so replaced the sender which didn't cure it. I have now taken the inspection cover off to see if the camshaft bearing hs moved, but I'm not sure what it should look like. I've attached a picture. Could someone please have a look and advise me. Thanks
  2. UPDATE: The rear prop shaft needs a UJ replacing so problem solved!
  3. Last week my 'Land Rover Killer' of a wife managed to snap the UJ on the front prop shaft of her 90. We replaced the shaft and all seemed well until 3 days later when she complained of a clinking sound 'Like a dragging chain' but only when she took the power off. After ALOT of time spent tying to locate the sound we removed the front prop shaft and tried again, the noise is still there (without the shaft). We are now in the process of replacing the front shaft and going to remove the rear and see if the noise stops. In the mean time I wondered if any of you more experienced folks had any ideas?
  4. Awesome, thanks. Will it go through an MOT with it rusted through?
  5. Could someone please confirm wether the part that is outlined in red on this image is part no MUC8950? The vehicle is a 1989 110" CSW and the photo is taken from the OSR wheel looking forward. Is it possible to replace this part without taking off the tub? Thanks guys.
