I have a 1998 Defender 90 300tdi which is showing all the typical problems of not firing up sometimes, or just cutting out whilst driving along. I assume this is the spider unit giving up the ghost. I can temporarily hot wire the solenoid valve and it has always started again straight away, but it's not always convenient in the middle of the night when it's raining!
I understand there is a Spyder bypass kit p/ n AMR4956 for the Disco, does it fit the Defender as well does anyone know please?
