Sorted timing, had new fuel injectors, and it now starts first time. The only problem now is after about 10 minutes of the engine running, engine will stall, and theres a build up of air in the top of the filter. Have fitted a non return valve between the lift pump and the filter, renewed all pipes and fittings, with new hoses, unions, and clips, new lift pump, reconditioned distributor pump, new copper washers I have replaced pipework back to fuel outlet in tank, I therefore assume than that this is the likely cause of the problem.
