tommobot Posted May 14, 2018 Share Posted May 14, 2018 I've purchased a second hand steering box, the one pictured below. Supposed to be working condition. I've knocked the drop-arm off in a vice, however the seal circled red has 'fallen' out aswell. It apepars that this seal sits outside / below of the box, rather than being fixed inside? Is this correct, and does anyone know the part-no for this as all the catolauges and diagrams i've seen don't seem to illustrate it Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

This should be between the bottom of the steering box and droplink, as long as its all dry which I believe it is I can go ahead and install new box. - AFAIK..
