Have a look at www.finning-sos.co.uk where you will find that they can analyse your oil, fuel, hydraulic fluid, coolant or gearbox oil for £7.50. You pay, they send you a couple of bottles and labels, then you send old and new oil for comparison. They will tell you what's worn in the engine and whether your service intervals are correct.
