cress
Hi Guys, After many months of turbo whistling, I decided to change the hoses. The elbow hose from the turbo had split and was as thin as paper. I decided to change the hose on the other end of the metal pipe also, the one that goes to the bottom of the turbo. Wow! what a difference, boat loads more power, hoping for better mpg also, just did'nt realise how bad it was. Must commend J.L. Services in Willenhall, Wolverhampton. The 2 hoses for about £30, on the shelf. Good shop for anyone in the area. Tel 0121 568 7717.
stageonesimmo
Another job on the list for me this weekend - the bottom intercooler hose has a nick in it and is quietly whistling away to itself - I say itself as I refuse to listen to it.
