cerenko Posted September 15, 2008 Share Posted September 15, 2008 Hi all, Just to let you all know that i have now changed the fuel filter on my TD4, She runs a lot better but what a pain to change it, took 3 of us 4 hours to do the job. Its under the drivers side rear wheel arch and no matter what you do you cannot reach the wires and plugs/pips without having 3 hands. When we did get the old one out the new one refused to go back in so we took all the pump and filter off the car and did it in the shed. Its better if you take the rear wheel off and the plastic wheel arch in side, which we did in the end. Cannot wait to do it again in 2 years.
