mudmad Posted September 27, 2008 Share Posted September 27, 2008 Hi all , The rings have gone on my 200tdi a good engine apart from this problem , has anyone any advise on doing this job ? and is it realy worh it or should i just bin the engine ? I'm assuming its the rings as there is no oil presure at idle and its giving out exhaust gasses through the oil breather ,oil filler cap , dip stick tube and there is a knocking thats getting worse ,(cam knock i think) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
