sting Posted March 13, 2009 Share Posted March 13, 2009 hi ,thanks to replies about smoke problem with 300,thought was ok when starting but wasnt.someone suggested that it could be an injector problem,so,removed and have had them tested,guy testing them says that most of them are out of calibration,and can repair as necc,nozzles etc,.my question is,will 300 run with 200 inj,as i still have a 200 what runs fine,just needs welding,haynes manual states opening pressure same for both,but second stage is 20bar less on 200 inj,.dont want to swap and try without seeing if this is possible first,dont want to blow engine etc,,,.any one done this before?.
