benbenukuk Posted March 19, 2009 Share Posted March 19, 2009 Hello, I had some QT Super Wide Flexi Arches turn up today but I am unsure as how to fit them, It did come with instruction's but I am finding them difficult to understand Would someone be able to give me a step by step guide that I can understand? cheers. hoarebag Posted March 19, 2009 Share Posted March 19, 2009 Remove old arches, Find centre hole, Drill hole half way along new arch about 5-6mm inboard from raised edging bit, Attach to truck with m6 nut bolt and washers supplied through centre hole identified previously, Mark position of other holes using chalk or similar by offereing up new arch to wing, Drill holes coresponding to chalk marks 5-6mm inboard from raised edging bit, Attach to truck using m6 nuts, bolts and washers supplied, Trim ends to correct shape length, Step back and admire.
