Aragorn Posted June 13, 2009 Share Posted June 13, 2009 Going on general principles here, there is generally a slip ring behind the wheel that passes the horn contact thru between the column and wheel. On air bag models this slip ring is replaced by a coiled ribbon cable as the slip ring only provides 1 contact and the airbag needs more. If you have just fitted the wheel then i presume the slip ring for the non airbag wheels horn isnt present. You'd either have to fit the correct slip ring, or just find the wire in the loom, and make a new button for it. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
