MTBMike Posted July 22, 2009 Share Posted July 22, 2009 I have just been told that the rear ABS sensor rings on my 300TDi have almost totally corroded away. I was having the brake discs replaced when they found this. We have been quoted £187 by LR dealer or £161 from elsewhere each. They appear to be just cast and if I compare this with the cost of the brake discs, which presumably are machined, at £31 a pair with the pads I get the feeling of a rip-off.
