carlosbeldia Posted March 31, 2010 Share Posted March 31, 2010 Good day. A friend of mine is asking if the black box control unit of wastegate can be disconnected with no problems? It seems to be broken and his Disco is running like carp. He took the hose from turbo and connected it as in Defender, disconnecting the black box. It's now running as new, but he is worried about any possible damage or "limp" mode in the future. Has somebody bypassed this control box?
