lady300 Posted May 1, 2010 Share Posted May 1, 2010 Still trying 2 discover wot the red HOT warning light is warning me about!It is on right of instrument panel above fuel guage. Sometimes no warning -sometimes random flashing-sometimes stays on but can go out after a few miles.Wondering if a faulty sender 4 summat or a bad connection? 300tdi with manual g box Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
SCADA Posted May 1, 2010 Share Posted May 1, 2010 My owners habdbook advises that this is a Transmission oil temperature warning light, so either the level is low or the oils viscosity has gone off and you need to replace the oil in the gear box.
