Igol
Its MOT time today for my 97 ES and I think I'll be let down by my rear brakes, dispite my best efforts over the past few weeks replacing suspension, boot floor and all the other 'little' jobs. I had a look at overhauling the calipers but the lines are so corroded in place that I'll only be able to get them off by destroying them. I've surfed a few forums and it looks like fitting defender discs and calipers could be the way forward; so simple enough question to anyone who's done the mod - Is it really that easy? They're ABS so I obviously need to take that into account and also the replacing of the rear brake lines. Edited as my coffee has now kicked in.
