whisky
can anybody help? I have a 10 year old discovery td5. Both front windows have packed in working. The BCU makes a clicking sound when the switches are operated but nothing happens. They used to work OK.until the imobilizer was activated by a freak radio signal from a industrial machine, when the vehicle was moved away from the machine all back to normal except the front windows. any ideas? jiginc
Front windows operate through the BCU(Body Control Unit) Check F29 and F34 passenger compartment fuse box.
whisky
Did that first. Both fuses OK. Aslo Checked the relay next to the fuses it's working OK too. Thought the power came from the BCU to the fuses as one of the fuses hasn't power.
