td5 wastegate actuator

This evening I investigated the wastegate on the defender to see if it was the culprit for the over pressuring, and resultant pulsing.... which, it turns out it was seized solid!

So, having taken the actuator off, and freed up the wastegate in the turbo, I thought I would check the actuator, but I'm not sure how much pressure the actuator should need to move it?

Any suggestions?

What sort of pressure is the turbo boosting at?
