[Goliath]

We have just come into possession of an Eagle jeep kit car, the old 'tina based thing, 2wd, rover V8 and 5 sp box. Dont normally do 2wds or jeep type stuff, but it made such a nice noise it had to be taken on board for a while. Anyway, its light green softtop, on a Q plate, and is stickered up with wessex hillrunner stickers and AWDC stickers. These I think are from an owner or three ago. I was told the thing was active in the off road scene in the south a few years back, but it has just been a hack for an engineer for the last couple of years. If anyone knows anything about it I would be interested to hear from them. By the way, yes its a dog, no its not for sale! I think my daughter has her eye on it as a college runabout, so I will have to fix it properly! As it is a kit of uncertain donor age I was hoping to maybe come across the previous owner or builder so I could be a bit more certain about spares, most cortina bits are the same, but there are some variations. Got to do those horrible void bushes too....Kit cars, dont you just love em. Off to play with a lightweight now, with a dinky little 2.25 diesel and non existant bulkhead, one of those rare, foot vented special models......
