stuck
Gents, The donor RRC I'm using to build my CCV motor was fitted with ABS. As I want to use a hydraulic isolation valve to lock in pressure on the rear brakes to provide a handbrake the master cylinder has one more port than I need (I want to just run one brake pipe via the valve to the back axle) Can I just blank a port off or will the pressure build up mean I can't press the pedal? Sorry if it's a really dumb question
Range Rover Blues
Had to read that a couple of times. If it's a "normal" twin curcuit master cylinder then all that happens is the 2 pistons inside it each deliver fluid to one pair of pipe unions. The same piston is acting on both unions so if you blank one off then the fluid gets delivered via the other. Either more fluid flows through that union or the piston doesn't travel as far. Master cylinders are designed to cope with varying amounts of piston travel, so either outcome isn't a problem.

Range Rover Blues
Didn't help that I'm doing long days at the moment I have to read most things twice. The staff handbook says I work a 30 hour week
