I have recently had a LOT of welding work done on my 5 door 300tdi discovery and to reduce the costs I decided to remove the interior myself and found that the sound dededening material was soaking wet and was te main reason for the corrosion. I use the land rover off road including a bit of wading so I wondered if anybody can recommend a method of noise reduction that will not retain water if it gets wet or is easily removed prior to going in water.
