IAT sensor location with a supercharged 4.0

I am installing a MS2 Extra PnP in my 1995 RRC with a re-built Disco 4.0 that is supercharged.

Unfortunately, the mounting plate to the intake manifold is only about 15mm thick so there is no spot to install the IAT sensor after the blower.

Currently, I've drilled, tapped and installed the IAT after the throttle plate and before the blower.

I know that the sc will increase the air temperature substantially, so my current location will under-report the intake air temperature.

Can this be compensated for? It is an Eaton 62 running up to 6lbs boost.
