coachman
As sent else where in the Discovery words of wisdom entries are my own observations on a straight through system ( exhaust ) . What I also found which must be a major + point is the weight saving ,( I was going to / will weigh the components and post the results . I have always believed in not carrying too much excess weight ( that is why the mother in law now stays at home ) as stated elsewhere I am also a motor cyclist and the rule of thumb is 1 kg saved is = to 1bhp produced ( or does nnot have to be ) I have removed al my floor trim ( very heavy ) and now the excess exhaust weight ,I know I will go have the car weighed . coachman . ( I have just been to the shed and weighed the old exhaust parts )( old cat worth £90 scrap) Old silencer 18.5 lbs Old cat 11 lbs Old dwn pipe to cat 4.5 lbs = 34 lbs = 16 ish kilo`s total saving ( weight ). and once again my photo`s will not down load ??????
