Do you mean in width or in diametre, if as I think you mean diametre then there may be a problem ,because as WE know the Freelander suffers from not having a low ratio in the box .The fitting of tyres with a larger diametre will in effect give you a higher gear ratio thereby making the Freelander even LESS tractable , fitting larger diametre tyres is fine for road vehicles where you want to increase top speed or economy but I would take care if going serious off road ,the rolling circumference for pirelli sccorpions A/T`s is 7ft and I did Cannock chase and other places with no probs .coachman .
