impressionist
We've a late 2002 facelifted Discovery TD5 which is good both mechanically and bodily (plus the wife loves it). Sadly the same can't be said of the chassis which is likely to need major repairs for it's forthcoming MOT. It isn't viable (cost/time/facilities) to completely re-chassis the vehicle and I've read 'on some forum somewhere' about a company in the Kendal area which makes a decent job of replacing sections of the rear chassis. If I'm not mistaken they're classic car (Mini?) restorers but searches bring up no results. Does anything ring a bell with anyone?
