jezman67 Posted November 13, 2013 Share Posted November 13, 2013 Hi, new to the site/forum, defender virgin, especially when it comes to repairs!!!! Have a 110 Tdi, J reg (1991), she's an old lady and stuff keeps going wrong (as should be expected!). Latest problem as of this morning, windscreen wiper frozen to the screen, put de-icer on and clearly didn't wait long enough for it to work, put wipers on and passenger side ok but drivers side (would be!), nada. I can turn the whole wiper right round on the spindle with no resistance, just won't move on it's own. Is it a total dash removal job and new mechanism? Any help truly appreciated, need to get to work!!!
