DIZZY
I have a 1987 defender that I have just changed the front axle for a td5 pre 2002 with vented discs off a 110, I have used my adrenaline 4x4 castor arms but now im getting vibration and wandering all over the road am I right in thinking it could be becuase of the narrow arm/bush in the wider bush casing causing this? Adam001
Yes you are correct, using early radius arms on a late axle will leave nice gaps for the axle to move, the panhard rod can only do so much. In theory you could cut off and weld on the correct mounts to the axle, but I wouldn't recommend shimming the bushes to fill the gaps, seen that done before and the bushes don't approve (fail early)
Disco-Ron
Easier and ultimately safer is to get a pair of wider arms, that way you know its centred up correctly.....

Disco-Ron
Why do you need those arms??.... I have about a 2inch lift with no castor correction and it's fine....
