hillyseries Posted August 14, 2014 Share Posted August 14, 2014 I've replaced brake: cylinders, pipes, master cylinder, shoes, springs, adjusters. The shoes are locking on & drums are hard to get on & off, the peddle is hard to push but goes to the floor, on my L reg series 3, no servo fitted. Any advice gratefully accepted. Serious Series Posted August 18, 2014 Share Posted August 18, 2014 Have you backed off the adjusters as per the manual? I tend to back the rears off two clicks and fronts 1 clickto get front to work 1st. Pedal does not go to floor on mine have you got the free play set up at the master cylinder if it does not come back fully the fluid could be trapped .
