Thanks ally I have spent hundreds on it so thought I might try change a few things first

Hi guys I have a freelander td4 engine light comes on when you boot it if you turn key off it resets and goes out sometimes it dose not come on for days then every time until you reset it three times it goes into limp mode two

Hi could anyone please help I have a 03 td4 freelander and the engine management light comes on when you put foot down. And goes into limp mode but if you turn car off and take key out it goes off sometimes I can go for days and it don't come on then all of a sudden it comes on had it plugged into garages machine and they say it's the lift pump so they put a new one one and it was worse so they put old one back on and gave me back said they don't know, what's wrong. I have had injectors done and injector rail new any ideas people
