Hello, I have just tried to take my propshaft off the front of my 90 only to find that the bolt's have already been rounded off at both ends Is there a tool I can get that will get them undone? cheers. Ben

I got round to changing the oil yesterday, It is still crunchy first-second but it does feel smoother going into the other gears, Also there was a lot of metal in the oil should I be worried about this?

Thanks for all the replys I will try the MTF 94 then if that doesn't work try something else, Also thanks for all you ideas about how to get the oil back in, cheers. Ben

Hello, The second gear on my R380 is starting to crunch when you go from first to second, It has ATF fluid init at the moment but I will be changing it for MTF94, Do you think this will stop the crunch into second? Also whats the best way to fill it up as there isn't much room to move, cheers. Ben

I have a 300tdi 90 with a full size intercooler but would like to fit a close up bumper for my 8274 but don't know whether to get the rad+intercooler moved back or get a uprated smaller one, At the moment the pump/turbo hasn't been messed with and is std, If I get the smaller one will I see a big difference in power? cheers. My dad's 90 was Stolen from Sutton Valence, kent, last night, Don't know how as it's got a cut-off switch and immobiliser the Number plate is L579 KSO it's got all the gear on it winch, bumper, snorkle etc it's a 200tdi and has a cb ariel on the back, please let me know if you see it, cheers. Ben

Thanks for the replies, will probably go for the smaller ones when money lets me, I don't like the idea of cutting a £200 tire aswell so the smaller ones will be o.k. Ben

Hello, I have noticed that on most challenge truck's they use the simex Extreme Trekker in 35/11.50 and 35/10.50 and not 36/12.50, why is this are the slightly smaller ones better? cheers. Ben

Hello, I had some QT Super Wide Flexi Arches turn up today but I am unsure as how to fit them, It did come with instruction's but I am finding them difficult to understand Would someone be able to give me a step by step guide that I can understand? cheers. Ben

I use Komatsu oil that my dad uses in the 360 excavator's at work, And it doesn't cost me a penny B) but I can't remember what grade it is

Not to sure but i think it's a weld on one and once it's on it stays on so prob won't be able to powder coat, Didn't think of paint for tractors which primer would you recomend? cheers. Ben
