  1. Thanks for replies. Arches are now fitted. Tyres don't look too bad but am looking for some 285/75/16 on modular rims. The cooper stt seems a good choice
  2. i have a 5dr discovery with a 2inch lift and have just bought some flexi 50mm extended arches. i have 245/70/16 tyres at the minute but when i fit the arches they will look a bit daft. i am after advice and pictures of what size wheel and tyre packages other people have used. any advice would be great cheers

  5. the shocks are different to those on a series 1 disco, don't think they do a lowered mount yet.
  6. i ended up fitting 19 rangie wheels and 255/55/19 pirelli at tyres which worked well at tixover last weekend cheers
  7. i want to lift my disco ll by about 2 inches, it has air springs on the back which i intend to keep for now. is there a kit to lift the back with air springs. also can't seem to find any 2" longer shocks for the disco ll. if i keep the standard length shocks surely they will bottom out? any help would be great also can't seem to find disco parts website. is it still open?
  8. i am looking at buying 18inch wheels for my discovery 2. i want to fit all terrain tyres. what is the biggest size i can use? please any help would be great
  9. to get 200bhp: get it remapped bigger intercooler remove the egr valve uprated air filter full stainless exhaust silicone houses i had all this done by td5 alive and it is awesome it will cost you about £1500 but is well worth it
  10. it would be alot of work the gearbox is different the axles and diffs are different propshafts are different the wiring is completely different i think it would be cheaper to get the engine rebuilt.
  11. i am looking for some suspension for my 2001 disco. i want to lift the vehicle 2inches as i want to off road it. can anyone tell me who sells it. britpart sells 2 inch longer springs but no shocks. help!!!
