Hello all!
I am restoring my 1992 Land Rover Defender 110. I had to swap out my old ignition for a new one, and I had to take a break on it, and now that I am back, I can't remember where the wires went on the ignition.
I have a large brown wire, large white wire, white and red wire, purple and black wire, and a red wire.
When I turn the key, I get three warning lights on the dash, the battery warning light, the brake light, and the low oil warning.
I also don't get any sound from behind the dash, other than a click as I turn the key. I get lights to turn on, both inside and outside the vehicle.
I know the battery isn't the problem, I have it on a battery charger, and the battery is new. I can pop the clutch to get it running, but I would like to get it starting off the key.
Any help would be much appreciated!
