  1. Hi, this weekend ive realised that i needed 2 things. One is bigger tyres , the other was lifting my90. Well the tyres that are going into the 90 are insa turbo special track 265/75 r16. Now i need some opinion about the suspensions. I was thinking about the gwyn lewis kit, or llama4x4... Do you have another setup? What are the diferences between those i mencioned above? The purpose is for trial, but still a road capable. this is my defender for now.
  2. For me it was my friend. I started to go with him in is lr discovery 300tdi de 97...well the first time i was stuck in mud i loved every time... then he changed for a defender and i continued to go with him....well...then the time has come and ist been a year since ive git the defender 90 300 tdi de 94...

  4. Lets wait and see... Tomoorow im going to my mechanic talk to him to see if he can fix the rear axle before the portuguese billing. If the rear axle of the vm doesnt serve , a rear axle of a defender will fit.... The prices i get here are: -defender rear axle 100 € ....87 GBP -discovery rear axle 70 €...60.9 GBP whic one to chose.
  5. so i nedd to cut the spring mount on the rrvm axle and then cut the spring mounts in the defender axle..chage and then weld...
  6. Yes...i think that the shock mounts are facing forward...my only question is about the spring mounts ...i think that in the rrvm is smaler than the defender.
  7. Ive got the rear axle of a vm and a diferencial a axles form my defender
