Hi Has anyone tried the new flat type of screen wipers,lots on ebay.Just wounderd if they work ok on the back doors ,probabley would be ok on the front,not sure about the back??

Hi I have been looking for a while,looked at lots on Ebay/autotrader and all the local press mags etc. I looked and nearly bought 3,but held my nerve for the right one. Anyway it paid of waiting and looking,have just bought a mint 1997 defender csw rebuilt everything great body work and good inside for £5000 much much better than a £9000 I nearly bought. So the conclusion is take your time ,all good things come to thoughs who wait.

Hi Looking for a replacement front speaker for a defender 97 , front left set in the dash. I have been to Halfrods and cant find a speaker that will fit , the new types are to deep and would not fit. has any one replaced with none genuine ones?? where from?? Thanks

Hi My Firsy posting!! I have had many landrovers over the years Series 1 and Two and a couple of rangerovers. Just purchased a realy nice Defender 1997 csw. (I hope!!) . My Question is When i bought it the guy told me that the CAT had been removed from the exhaust.He was told by his Machanic that it doesnt need one. On the doc`s it has Date of first reg 18 / 09 / 2002 (decl/d manuf 1997 is this the reason ??? I dont mind about the Docs , but will I need to put the Cat back on when I MOT the Landy. Cheers Steve
