Sorry to bring back such an old thread also.
I am trying to find information on the subject Land Rover EWY 883Y.
It was my first car and my Dad bought it for me when I was 15 and we did it up! I had it up until I was 22 and had to sell it as I travelled 100+ miles a day to a new job.
I am now nearly 30 and want my pride and joy back!!!
I'm sorry I missed the eBay ad or I would have bought it. The eBay link is dead now as it was over 90 days ago.
Can any of you help? What condition was she in on the eBay pics? Can anyone remember what the sellers ID was on eBay? Where was she when advertised?
It's a long shot I know - I have filled in a V888 DVLA form and should hear back if I can have the registered keepers name and address in about 3 weeks. But any more information would be great!
I can also confirm that EWY 883Y was a genuine series III county SWB 88' FROM 1983. Marine Blue in colour (I had her professionally sprayed) White stripes down the sides, safari roof and large white steel wheels.. (Yes the spare was a lot smaller)
