My March '95 300tdi 90 had EP90 in the swivels when I got it from a LR dealer in Sept '96. And the Dec '96 300tdi that I have just bought has grease in, but still has the level plugs and drain plugs. Of course the grease could have been put in since.

I had a Mantec snorkel and wading kit on my 300tdi 90 when I had it. I got it direct from Mantec, and it came with a sheet of LR fitting instructions. I was under the impression that Mantec made them for LR, but that was around back in 1999. Out of interest that cost £200.93 then. If I remember the Mantec fitted with the metal elbow around the air intake using the 5 or 6 screws already there, and two brackets onto the windscreen frame. The quality was very good.

Luckily I have had a Defender before, and a 1990 RR, and several disco's so I am not blind to certain things. Another he has advertised is missing the heater box and pipework. Fairly major thing not to mention. Item number 230573952480.

Yes, I have noticed that too. And that tends to make me think it might be a tax thing?

As the title, does anyone know why Land Rover stopped fitting the small side windows in the rear of hard tops? Is it a security thing, a tax thing, or cheaper manufacture? Or something else?

I too have been insured with the NFU, for more than 10 years now (Several discos and a defender over that period). I have stayed with them because of their excellent policy and the great service from the broker.
My renewal came yesterday for my Disco 3. Last year, £789.71 - this year £1115.14 odd ! Thats a 41% increase.
The policy has three named drivers plus lots of bells and whistles that such as only £100 xs and full breakdown cover etc. I have started to shop around also and have got down to as low as £630.00 but for a poor spec policy with an excess of £600. Add the extras in and up it goes. I spoke to my NFU broker and by increasing my excess to £500.00 like most other policies and removing the business cover that I do not use, it came down to £910.00. Still a £140.00 increase over last year!
More checking needed of other policies small print needed before a decision is made.

Hi, did you manage to connect up the Britpart motor to your wiring and get it working? I have just bought the same motor to fit to my defender which has a replacement rear door. I have the wiring already in place to the door hinge corner but they have been cut. Did you manage to source the correct connectors for the 2 pin and the 3 pin sockets on the wiper motor?
Any help with which colour wires go to which connectors would be great.
Thanks.
