  1. Guys had the classic pivot through the clutch lever, so took engine out replaced clutch with Borg & Beck, replaced lever, slave cylinder, master cylinder and thrust bearing, bleed system no air took car out after few miles gear selection getting hard, got back home took look at master cylinder no fluid loss rebleed no air took it out again but after few miles gear selection hard again, took engine out again nothing there wrong all looks fine back in again but still the same problem, any ideas guys
  2. What did I miss, I'll tell you what missed!!! a wire tucked behind the engine that my friend took off, it belongs on the starter motor, I'm now taking my self to one side and beating my self with a blunt instrument.

I removed the engine to replace clutch and lever, put it back together and now the alternator not charging, I have checked the alternator terminals and it’s putting out 13-14, i made mistake of letting a mate help me take it apart so I’m not sure where he took wires from and would you believe neither is he the --------------------------------------- idot, anyway I have reattached wires to alternator , oil sensor, starter motor, water sensors, I have one wire going to injector pump, engine will start and run fine but just draws all power from battery
  4. You don’t have to replace the whole thing you can get new nozzles for around £85 for the 4 injectors, if you are capable you can set them up yourself or get a mechanic who knows what he’s doing to do it for you.
