Where can one purchase the correct tool for removing the spline head bolts that are used on Defender disk brakes? I know you can get by by using a bi-hex socket but I do like to have the correct tools whenever possible. Toodles...

Would it not be easier to put a Defender body onto a TDV6 Disco than to put the Disco engine into a Defender?

Ok I was hoping to get by with the minimum of work but I guess I may as well do a full axle rebuild, Brakes are feeble so I may as well change the front discs too. Are there any tutorials with full parts lists?

I will soon be fitting locking diffs to my 1990 Defender 90. I also have upgraded CV joints and halfshafts to install. I was wondering what gaskets and seals I should replace when I take the front hubs apart? cheers Bob

I purchased some chains on ebay, the seller stated that they fit 235 16 tyres. The packaging suggests that they were made to fit 750 16 and as we know, these are 45mm narrower than 235s. I can't get them to fit, the photos show my best efforts... Have I done something wrong or are these chains too small?
