  1. Possibly broken wire between switch and NSR indicator lamp . To check bulb holder earths I use a testlight with the clip side of the test lamp lead powered up from battery +ve and use the test lamp probe to check bulb holder earthing. If the test lamp lights then your earth at the bulb holder is good.   2. If you have no luck with the dealer a good mobile auto locksmith can cut keys to fit the lock without the original key present by "reading" the lock.
  3. could be a break in the cable between switch and indicator lamp,
