Jimmergray Posted March 13, 2017 Share Posted March 13, 2017 Hi all I have a couple of P38 V8's and before I try and sell them off now I have what I wanted off them, Am thinking of building a winch buggy but what I would like to know is if the chassis and axles would be strong enough for the task????? Daan Posted March 13, 2017 Share Posted March 13, 2017 The axles and chassis are similar to a defender so that should be ok-ish. The problem is that to my knowledge there are no upgraded shafts or cv's available. So that is an issue. The diffs are not standard landrover, but there are difflocks avaialble for them.
