paul mc Posted April 8, 2007 Share Posted April 8, 2007 Can someone please help me!! My SWB S3 was stuck in four wheel drive so i took off the transfer box to investigate. Anyway, i cleaned it and greased it and couldn't see what the problem was. On trying to refit it, it keeps getting stuck, all of the shafts are locating and the front output flange even turns when you turn the rear prop by hand, but i cant bolt the transfer box to the gearbox as it is getting stuck when it is about 20mm from being in place, i can't for the life of me see what the problem is, can anyone help? Les Henson Posted April 10, 2007 Share Posted April 10, 2007 You don't have two locating dowels in the same spot do you (one in the gear box and one on in the transfer case) or similar do you?
