K-seal is a very good coolant leak seal, but I didn't know it also seals gaskets. Ceramic motor seal is the stuff for cracks in the block or head. I have used it on a V8 engine and it worked fine. You have to follow the instructions very carefull as the system has to be clean before you use it and has to be flushed out of the system once it's done it's job. I would suggest you prevent water circulation through the heater matrix while you treat the engine - it can settle in the core and block it.
