sxileander Posted May 16, 2007 Share Posted May 16, 2007 Had a problem recently with o/s bumper indicator which turned out to be a corroded pin in the bulb holder. This was changed but a week later the same has happened but this time instead of the indocator bulb failing it blew the fuse so all indicators failed. Found that the spring which held the bulb in had sheared and was causing a dead short - easily fixed, BUT, at the same time as the indicator fuse blew, the ABS light came on. Tests at a gravel car parkprove that the ABS is not working. As the fuses are OK, both in the cabin and under the bonnet, any ideas? It seems too conincidental to be unconnected to the indicator problem. It is a '97 V8i ES by the way! Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
