davetb
Hi, I have an albright solenoid. I've seen some excellent diagrams on this forum relating to the wiring. My winch motor has 3 inputs coloured RED, BLACK and YELLOW. Which of these are A, F1 and F2 ?? I would guess the red input is A, and the yellow and black are the F1 and F2. Hope someone can help. The winch motor cheap one labelled 'extreme terrain'. The winch motor has an earth underneath to connect to battery. Cheers, Dave
LandyManLuke
Rather than colours, the position of the terminals are more relevant. The two terminals close together are F1 and F2. the terminal on its own is A. If the motor spins the wrong way to what you'd like, swap F1 and F2. Won't be able to try for a couple of days - work, kids etc. I'll need to take bumper off car to get to earth terminal on winch - grrr. Cheers again, Dave
