iv'e got myself a second hand dog guard for my 300 tdi auto, offering up the brackets there is no obvious holes to bolt in to , are they hiding behind the trim, or do you drill the trim and bolt to that.

looking at the trim it looks a nightmare to remove !!

Mine has 2 "legs" that run down the trim behind the seat and bolt through the top of the wheel arch. There is also a screw that goes into the trim but only to stead the mounting. The dog guard is then fixed to these legs using 2 quick-removable bolts
