90 brakes

Just get some standard 110/90 vented discs and late calipers.

or if you're lucky, find a set of brakes off of a salisbury front, they have huge vented bits in them, although the discs are getting hard to come by these days.

but you pretty much can't beat the standard vented setup. you can fit harder pads if needed, but these come at the cost of naff braking when they're cold.

and being "hard" they wear the discs slightly quicker.

Yes, vented discs are a worthwhile upgrade especially if you are replacing the discs & calipers anyway. Likewise SS hoses make a difference though there is no-way of checking the condition of the rubber hose over prolonged use.

Always buy branded pads, there is a real difference in performance between cheap ones and something like EBC while the cost saving is not that great.
