Newbie Help

Hiya,

Got my T Reg 100K Freelander today and unfortunatly their was no handbook, Can someone tell me what the buutons are in the centre below the stereo? I.E where's the aircon button and rear fog light button? Also I cannot get the hand of the 2 button remote, what are the left and right buttons supposed to do?

Hi;-

workin left to right, first button unused, second-heated rear screen,third hazard warning lights, 4th recirculated air supply(prevents traffic fumes entering car),5th air con. The rear fog light switch is to the left of the steering wheel, at the 9 o clock position. Key fob, right button press once to unlock drivers door, press twice to open all doors. Left button press once to lock all doors, press twice to deadlock.

Hehehe, did you do that with your eyes closed?

ISTR that the handset automatically deadlocks ("superlocks") the car on one press. It's when you use the key to lock it that you need a second twist to prevent it from being opened from the inside.
