pfwilko Posted June 10, 2008 Share Posted June 10, 2008 can anyone tell me if the thinner bolts down the nearside of the head should be done up to a lesser torque than the rest and is there an actual torque setting for the different stages or do you have to use the angle technique? Les Henson Posted June 11, 2008 Share Posted June 11, 2008 Sequence for the 200TDi engine - (stage 1) Tighten all bolts to 40nm (30 lbft) (stage 2) Tighten all 60-deg.
