land94 Posted June 16, 2008 Share Posted June 16, 2008 hi hello all i have a defender 300 year 94 tdi i have this doubts what are the symptoms if I have advanced a tooth in the timing belt ? The noise of the engine is very different? because this week i have lissen one year 97 and is mutch more smmothe then mine!! i have a adjust de valve clearance but noise is the same !!i think knocking to mucht , and when a i have pressed the clutch and gear engage the knocking is whorst. could some one help me with this?? best regards josé Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
