Ian M
after walking around billing yesterday, i noticed many trucks wearing this style of beadlock, at first i thought it was mainly mach 5's, but then i noticed gigglepin's truck had then on an 8-spoke design rim? look neater than the usual discs? can anyone shed any light on it? Young bobtail Rhys
Do you mean that the way that they are ribbed to hold the bead?
Ian M
the way that they are curved to match the shape of the rim, who sells them?
Steve 90
Those are normal mach 5 beadlocks. Jim has allied rock-a-thons which are the same as the wheels you will have seen on my truck when If you have seen it with the boggers fitted. They are better than the normal flat plate ones, The shape holds the tyre nicely and the rolled edge makes them quite strong but still quite light. Young bobtail Rhys
I also have the allied rockathon beadlock wheels, and can second on steve that they are fairly light, as both the 35" mickey thompson and the wheel only weighs 46kgs
