draper40
Hey, Is there a special tool to remove the oil outlet fitting from underneath the turbo? I can't use a socket as it is a pipe and although I can get an open-ender on, there is no room to turn it between the two casings. Because of this I cannot undo the fitting even when it is out of the car!! Ideas please! Thanks Pete
mike4444244
Had exactly the same problem, I made my own tool by getting an old cheap spanner and trimming the outer edges of the open end down to fit, then if you use it at an angle there is just enough room to do it 1 flat at a time flipping the spanner each time, it takes a little while but its only nipped up from hand tight so not too bad, probably could have done better but I was on a friends drive in the rain Mike
